We have delivered cost consultancy and project monitoring services for a wide range of client-side engagements, spanning residential housing schemes, apartment developments, commercial projects, healthcare facilities, and infrastructure works.

Our role has included feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement support, and post-contract cost management. By establishing robust budgets early and maintaining clear reporting throughout delivery, we have enabled client-side teams to achieve cost certainty and manage financial risk on complex projects.

We have supported main contractors and subcontractors across Ireland, providing Bills of Quantities, tender estimating, and cost management services.

Alongside whole-project support, we have worked with subcontractors across a wide range of specialist elements, from civils and groundworks to fit-out. By embedding within delivery teams and, when required, working under the contractor’s brand, we have strengthened tender submissions, improved cost control during delivery, and helped achieve greater certainty in both pricing and outcomes.

We act as developers in our own right, managing projects from feasibility through to delivery. This first-hand experience gives us a practical understanding of financial viability, procurement, and delivery risks, ensuring our advice is commercially grounded and aligned with the realities of development.

Alongside our own projects, we have prepared development appraisals for external clients, helping to test viability, establish budgets, and assess financial risk at the earliest stage of schemes. This dual perspective ensures our advice combines commercial focus with real-world delivery experience.
